"I was going to ask if you'd prefer if I drank from your wrist instead, but very well," Astarion said, gaze bright and intent on that neck as Thrawn exposed it to him. As he had seen fit to seat himself on the bed in the room and the mattress itself was in good condition, he first moved to push the other man down on it, moving over him- holding himself up for the time being.

"It's easy to get lightheaded, so better if you're a bit more comfortable," He said, his tone light and playful, since the last thing that they wanted was for the other man to get more familiar with the floor should the dizziness really get to him.

Bringing a hand up he made him tilt his head just-so to get a good angle before leaning down to sink his teeth into his neck- breaking the skin and letting out a soft breath through his nose as blood filled his mouth. A familiar yet unfamiliar taste of rich and full-bodied red.

He drank slowly- suckling at his neck and keeping a hand beneath the other man's chin to keep his head tilted- and the way he held himself over him made it easy for the alien to push him back should he need to.

Had it been only weeks ago, Astarion might have lost control. But he was much between about keeping his cool when feeding now.
