cannot see." He said absently, smirking a bit. "A New York reporter,
actually." He waved a hand, giving the name of a reporter Eddie had met
certainly, though he didn't know that himself.
"He was practically stalking me. Obsessed with trying to get an interview
with me, but unlike you he didn't want to try to understand. He made it
very clear that he still considered me to be a monster. He didn't care
about the truth. He cared about sensationalism." He shrugged, taking
another bite before smirking.
"In the middle of a very important meeting with his boss, he just so
happened to have a nervous breakdown. I read all about it." He raised an
eyebrow. "One minute he'd been fine and the next he was screaming that
monsters were coming after him. Even his own boss had apparently become
one. Tragic really."
