Thrawn had studied the specs of the Eternal Fleet and Doombringer, and was still pondering if he could take the throne out of Iokath and install it on a Star Destroyer bridge. The longer they kept the fleet from Nuso Esva, the better. With luck, he would defeat the warlord without the fleet. He was so close to finding his nemesis again, and figuring out where he had set his new base of operations.

Stent had also sent him some news from the Empire. The rebels had won a major victory at Endor, the Emperor and Darth Vader were both dead. This did not bode well for the Empire. Thrawn would worry about that once he'd taken care of Nuso Esva.

The guard at his door announced Darth Nox, and Thrawn allowed him inside. Looking up from his datapad, Thrawn regarded Altair, "Did you need something?"
