Simply that the person who had hired his agents on this world had failed to report to him that it was a fellow Chiss which Aden should have liked to know- the fact that there was a connection between his agent and Thrawn was something he couldn't have predicted though.
It didn't exactly take a genius to realize what the connection was, either.
The name Thrawn had uttered aside, the two men resembled each other the way that Aden had resembled his sisters when he was younger. The sort of way that said blood relation.
"I take it the two of you are related?"
